Vida Wellness Spas, The Sheraton
Wall Centre Hotel Guest Service Agent:
Responsible for working at the Spa reception desk. Duties
include: booking appointments over the phone and in person,
greeting spa guests, cashing guests out after services, as
well as other customer service related duties.
Applicants should have excellent computer skills with a
minimum of 2 years experience in the customer service
industry. Applicants must be able to multi-task, work with
minimum supervision, be a team player as well as be highly
organized and professional.
This position involves shift work and weekends.

A positive individual who can multi task in a busy environment. An
individual who takes pride in maintaining their environment from treatment
set up to room and spa clean up. Individual must have knowledge of massage
and aromatherapy to assist other therapists with mixing and preparing
