Designed to cleanse and create balance throughout the body using the ancient Indian tradition of Ayurveda. Vida's 3 and 5 day programs start with an individual consultation to determine your dosha. Each treatment begins with awarm oiling of your body followed by an Ayurvedic Swedana Treatment with our West Coast Cedar Steam Cabinet to detoxify and cleanse. This steaming is followed by a dry flour brushing of your entire body to further exfoliate the skin and prevent the re-entry of toxins.
