The treatment begins in Vida Spa's plush relaxation lounge where you'll sip a refreshing coconut water beverage. Next, you'll enjoy a fragrant 30-minute coconut oil massage that rapidly nourishes and hydrates, infusing vitamins and nutrients into the skin. Sore muscles will also find relief from coconut oil, which is readily absorbed by the skin due to the small molecules of the oil.
